Rebekah P. Goodheart is a member of the Communications, Internet & Technology Practice. She has significant experience, particularly in the areas of broadband and wireline.

Richard has more than 30 years of complex litigation experience in representing and counseling major corporations in virtually every industry. He has tried jury trials in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Wiley heads the firm’s 80-attorney Communications Practice, the largest in the nation. As Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), he fostered increased competition and lessened regulation in the communications field.
