Aaron Cutler joined Hogan Lovells from Capitol Hill in 2014 as a partner in the legislative group. His practice focuses on legislative and regulatory matters before the U.S. Congress in a variety of sectors, including energy and natural resources.

Aaron’s work includes federal appellate and district court litigation, primarily in the DC Circuit, and agency rulemaking proceedings regarding climate change and National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
