Rick Offsay is an associate in O’Melveny’s Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. Rick represents production companies, television networks, financial institutions.

Bob McDonnell has been with the firm since 1983. Bob concentrates his practice on environmental, land use and real estate matters. He counsels clients on compliance and permitting, defends them in enforcement cases.
