Kartik Venguswamy is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2007. Mr. Venguswamy focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on ERISA litigation and securities law..

Kathleen A. Drapeau, who is located in Cozen O’Connor’s New York office, is a member in the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation practice.

Ms. Slaught is a partner in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and has been practicing in the Employee Benefits & ERISA litigation field since 1996.

Kathy Hohler has 30 years of experience counseling companies on all aspects of the design and operation of their employee benefit programs, including qualified and nonqualified retirement and deferred compensation plans and welfare benefit plans.

Kathryn Grace focuses her practice on general liability and professional liability matters with experience in aviation, product liability, toxic torts, consumer matters and 42 USC § 1983 civil rights cases.

Kathy is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. She is also a member of the WEB Worldwide Employee Benefits Network and was previously its Midwest vice president and president of its Cleveland chapter.

Katie advises both public and private clients in the design, implementation, and administration of retirement and health and welfare plans. Katie assists clients with day-to-day administration, as well as compliance issues, with pension plans.
