Thora Johnson focuses on tax-exempt organizations, employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She advises clients on the establishment and operation of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, public charities.

Tiffany Walker is counsel in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group at Haynes and Boone, LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of employee benefits, health and welfare plans, and retirement plans.

Tim Goodman’s practice focuses on assisting employers with executive compensation, health insurance, and employee benefit plans. Tim assists a broad array of employers, with a special focus on assisting cooperatives, agribusiness companies.

Practices in the area of civil litigation, primarily in the areas of ERISA, reinsurance, products liability, and health law.

Mr. Haley is a partner with the law firm of Seyfarth Shaw LLP in its Chicago office.

Travis Sales has extensive experience with products liability, energy, commercial and pension matters. Mr. Sales served as President of the Houston Bar Association (2008-2009) and as a Director of the State Bar of Texas.

Ty Buthod is head of the trial department in the Houston office and the firm’s toxic tort litigation practice group. His practice focuses on toxic tort and other mass tort litigation, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation.
