Dr. Lavoie is a Principal in the Southern California* and Twin Cities offices of Fish & Richardson. She represents a range of clients, from industry to academia, with an emphasis on early to mid-stage companies.

Teresa M. Summers represents clients in patent, trademark, commercial, and Hatch-Waxman litigation; appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; proceedings before the PTAB and TTAB; and counseling.

Terry Garnett focuses on defending and prosecuting patent infringement actions in federal courts across the country and has extensive experience negotiating patent licenses.
