William J. Sauers is a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Intellectual Property Group.

Will's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, including trademark and trade dress, copyright, and patent matters. Will has assisted clients in a wide variety of Internet-related matters.

Bill has more than 35 years of experience serving as lead counsel in intellectual property matters for both U.S. and international companies on cases under the U.S. Lanham Act, including trademark infringement and false advertising.

Mr. Siegel joined the Firm in 2006 and became a patent attorney in 2007. Mr. Siegel specializes in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts.

William “Bill” Coats focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, specifically involving patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secret disputes.

Ying handles a wide range of international trade matters, including issues involving economic sanctions, export controls, and customs laws. She represents clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), U.S. International Trade Commission.
