Mr. Esker focuses his practice on patent prosecution, counseling and due diligence, primarily in the areas of organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, spectroscopy, immunology and biotechnology.

Todd Zubler is a partner in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1997.
