Sean E. O’Donnell focuses on complex commercial litigation with a concentration in complex financial restructurings, valuation disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, partnership/investor disputes, insurance related matters.

Seans practice focuses on high yield debt, including high yield bonds, incurrence covenant loans and corporate restructurings; project finance, including project bonds and traditional bank finance; and Middle Eastern debt and equity offerings.

Sean Kelly is a member of Dentons Capital Markets practice focusing on complex finance transactions including asset-backed securitizations asset-based lending mortgage repurchase facilities fund finance and corporate finance facilities.

Sean Graber is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Graber earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2001 and his B.A. from George Washington University in 1996.

Sean M. Clayton is a partner in the Cooley Business department and is a member of the Firm's Public Companies and Capital Markets practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2004 and is a resident in the San Diego office.
