Uyen Poh joined the New York office in July 2011. Uyen has experience with municipal bond transactions including new money issuances, refundings, interest rate mode conversions, and replacements of credit and liquidity facilities.

Vishwa's practice involves administrative litigation before state public utility commissions, primarily before the Virginia State Corporation Commission. She has served as lead counsel in proceedings for electric.

Bill Greendyke, a partner in the Disputes Group, is head of the Houston offices Bankruptcy practice. Bill concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganization and creditor rights and related litigation.
