Ann Byrd focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, healthcare, mass tort and product liability, with a particular emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, healthcare fraud and compliance.

Ann Marie is the managing partner of the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. Ann Marie’s practice is cross-disciplinary and includes significant environmental, toxic tort, business and consumer claims litigation experience.

Anna Aven Sumner is an attorney in the firm’s Products Liability Group, focusing her practice in the areas of mass torts, products liability, clinical trials and medical malpractice.

Anne Choi Goodwin focuses her practice in the area of litigation, representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, product liability and intellectual property matters, as well as environmental and toxic tort concerns.

Anne Grigg joined the Austin office in 2001. As a senior associate, her practice focuses on litigation matters. Her primary area of practice is pharmaceutical products liability litigation.
