Mark Kaster is a partner in Dorsey & Whitney's Regulatory Affairs Group. Mr. Kaster's practice emphasizes environmental, health and safety matters in complex cases, including environmental liabilities, workplace safety, toxic torts.

Mark serves as the New York Office's pro bono coordinator and is a practice coordinator for the office's New Lawyer Group. For three years mark served as the Career Development columnist for the New York Law Journal.

Mark Brown is a partner and Chair of the firm’s FDA & Life Sciences Practice in Washington, D.C. He is a former Associate Chief Counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
