Drew Bell is an associate in the Tort Litigation and Environmental practice group. He defends manufacturers in products liability and mass tort litigation.

Duncan recently returned to McGuireWoods after serving as solicitor general of Virginia from 2010-2013. His experience includes appellate, constitutional, administrative, environmental, class action, lender liability, consumer credit.

E. Paul Cauley Jr. represents companies in the automotive, consumer goods and industrial equipment industries, as well as many other businesses in a variety of high-exposure class action, product liability.

Paul Dougherty has been defending product liability and general liability cases for more than 25 years. His legal practice focuses on product liability defense of products and insurance matters and commercial negotiations.

Earl Austin heads Baker Botts’ Life Sciences Practice and co-chairs the firm’s Pharmaceutical Litigation Practice. His primary concentration since 1986 has been on pharmaceutical and toxic tort litigation.

Teddy Adams is a partner in the Houston office. He joined in 1995 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Carolyn Dineen King, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Edward D. Vogel is a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office. Mr. Vogel's practice has encompassed a variety of litigation areas with a focus on business litigation.
