Gregory Wasylak is a member of the firm's Litigation Division. Mr. Wasylak is a results-oriented trial attorney and litigator with experience representing a wide array of clients in both the federal and state courts.

Doug Wabner, who joined in 1989, is a partner in the Dallas office. His litigation practice concentrates on the defense of various types of personal injury actions with a focus on products liability and defense actions concerning medical.

His clients include manufacturers and distributors of consumer appliances, consumer electronics, component parts and fuel delivery systems for gas-fired appliances.

H. Robert Fiebach joined Cozen O’Connor in February 1995. He is a member of the firm and resident in the Philadelphia office.In addition to his trial experience, Robert is an accomplished appellate advocate.
