Joseph A. Ziemianski is chair of the Global Insurance Department and serves on firm’s Board of Directors, the Management Committee and the Shareholders Compensation Committee. He joined Cozen O’Connor in June 2004.

Joe Francoeur is an experienced trial lawyer and appellate advocate who concentrates his practice on professional liability defense, federal statutory litigation, commercial disputes and insurance coverage matters.

Joseph represents individuals, corporations and self-insured entities in automobile liability, premises liability, general negligence and product liability cases, as well as clients charged with violations of New York State Labor Law.
