Robert Cahill is a partner in the Commercial Litigation group and a member of the Litigation department. He joined the Firm in 1999 and is resident in the Reston office.

Bob is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried a number of cases in private practice and during his tenure as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.

Bob is a member in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on litigation concerning the propriety of business conduct, including actions involving antitrust, fraud, misrepresentation, trademark.

Focusing on civil litigation, Rob concentrates his practice on commercial litigation (including business and contract disputes, commercial lease and real estate matters, construction, and insurance coverage); intellectual property.

Rodney Acker focuses his practice on civil trial law. His experience includes trying cases in state and federal courts across the United States. He presently represents clients in cases involving sub-prime and auction rate securities.

Rod Strickland is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, which he joined in 1992. He focuses primarily on consumer and securities class action defense and general commercial litigation for technology companies.

Roger B. Kaplan focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation and arbitrations.

Roman regularly serves as pro bono counsel to a range of indigent clients. He has authored several articles on legislation and developments related to pleadings.
