John Morio focuses his practice on the resolution of general liability claims in the construction, transportation and housing sectors. His civil defense work involves assisting clients with product liability and toxic tort/environmental matters.

John Iole handles a broad range of first- and third-party insurance coverage claims, including directors and officers liability (D&O), aviation insurance (hull and liability), data security/network interruption, and first-party property.

Dean Oberdiek writes and teaches in torts and tort theory, regulation and its theoretical foundations, and legal, political, and moral philosophy. He is a graduate of Middlebury College, and studied philosophy and law as a post-graduate at Oxford.

John is an experienced litigator, whose practice is focused on large, complex litigation cases relating to toxic tort, environmental litigation and product liability.

Of counsel John Tully works in the New York office. Previously, he worked at a New York litigation firm following a decades-long legal career at ExxonMobil.

John Yarber's practice focuses on defending national clients in product liability litigation. He has been extensively involved in representing R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in smoking and health litigation in Florida.
