Edward Hayum joined the firm in April 1998 and is resident in the New York office. A member of the Maritime Practice Group, he concentrates his practice in high value and complex litigation, general corporate litigation, and appellate practice work.

Hugh Robertson is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group. A partner since 1987, Mr. Robertson practiced at Milbank’s London office from 1981 to 1984.

Elizabeth Ho Sing focuses on trial litigation, assisting partners in preparing complex cases for trial. She has argued and won many motions resulting in the dismissal of claims against her clients.

Elizabeth Grogan practices in the area of general civil defense, primarily in cases involving toxic tort and medical/dental malpractice, with significant experience in labor law, professional malpractice and product liability.
