David Dodds concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. He has represented corporations and directors and officers in securities litigation, class actions, and shareholder derivative actions.

David is the Managing Partner of the Washington, DC office of the firm. David also serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Global Competition practice, based in Washington, DC, and works regularly on matters before the Federal Trade Commission.

David A. O’Neil is a litigation partner and member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, privacy and cybersecurity, congressional investigations.

David Simon is a partner in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice. He is also a member of the firm's National Security and Government Contracts practices.
