Dave has served as chair of the firm’s environmental practice group and has practiced environmental and natural resources law for more than 35 years. During that time, he has represented clients throughout the United States on a wide range of issues.

David E. Sellinger focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters, including class action defense, trial in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations.

David F. Loeffler has been practicing law since 1963. The emphasis of his practice is in general labor and employment litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.

David G. Barger focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, corporate compliance, including FCPA compliance, criminal and civil tax controversies.
