Prana A. Topper is a litigation Partner in the firm’s New York office. She represents domestic and international clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigations in federal and state courts, as well as in mediation, arbitration and in response to inquiries by governmental authorities.
Her practice includes experience with contractual disputes, class actions, copyright law, securities law and employment matters, among other areas. Ms. Topper also advises individual and corporate clients on topics such as compliance, ethics and negotiated resolutions of business disputes. She has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including media and entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services.

Ms. Topper also has extensive experience in discovery matters, including the complexities of electronic discovery and obtaining testimony from witnesses located outside of the United States.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Topper was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2002 to 2008.
