R. Douglas Wright is a partner in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Business Section. His practice emphasizes advising clients on corporate and partnership tax matters and structuring corporate and securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investment transactions, including entity selection and real estate tax issues.
