As counsel in the E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice, Rachael Philbin consults with clients regarding e-discovery obligations and assists clients in planning and implementing e-discovery processes that are cost-effective. Rachael advises clients on preservation, collection, review and production of ESI in litigation and internal investigations. She has managed e-discovery projects in a variety of practice areas including commercial litigation, intellectual property, healthcare, HIPAA violations, tax, FCPA investigations, SEC and DOJ investigations. Rachael has also worked with clients on information governance issues involving defensible deletion of legacy data. Prior to working in e-discovery, Rachael was a litigator for six years focusing on products liability, healthcare and internal investigations.
