Rachael E. Rubenstein assists clients with resolving federal tax controversies, tax planning, and employee benefits matters.
Prior to joining Strasburger, Rachael served as a senior tax fellow and supervising attorney at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Center for Legal and Social Justice. During her tenure, Rachael established the St. Mary’s University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, represented clients engaged in federal tax controversies, supervised clinic law students assigned to tax cases at the administrative level and in various federal courts, taught experiential learning courses, and managed the St. Mary’s University Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
