As a member of the firm’s management committee, Ms. Donnelly has more than 12 years of industry experience. She is involved in the Fund’s contracting with New Managers and monitoring compliance by New Managers with all contract requirements. Ms. Donnelly has 11 years of commercial legal experience.
Prior to joining Hawkeye, Ms. Donnelly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas R. Phillips, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas from 2003-2004 and practiced law with Baker Botts L.L.P. from 2004-2007 and from 2008-2014. Her practice involved the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and management of commercial real estate and the negotiation of joint venture agreements, property management agreements and development agreements.
Ms. Donnelly received her law degree (summa cum laude) from Baylor Law School and her undergraduate degrees from Trinity University.
