Rachel Mervis focuses on complex commercial litigation, with experience handling healthcare litigation and regulatory investigations, product liability and mass tort litigation, and consumer fraud actions.

Rachel's commercial litigation practice includes complex federal and state litigation and arbitration, including labor and employment disputes, breach of contract actions, minority shareholder oppression claims and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.

In her healthcare litigation practice, Rachel has represented numerous healthcare businesses, including health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging companies, and medical and physician practice groups in a variety of litigation matters and has handled enforcement, licensing and regulatory investigations by state agencies including the Florida Department of Health, Florida Agency of Healthcare Administration and the Florida Board of Medicine.

Rachel also has experience in product liability and mass torts. She has participated in numerous jury trials and has developed particular experience in trial preparation.
