Rachel Gezerseh's practice is concentrated on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on product liability, toxic tort, and consumer protection litigation. She has represented corporate clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, as well as clients in the financial, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.

Rachel has substantial experience in a range of litigation phases, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. In 2011, she assisted in a three-month jury trial that resulted in a defense verdict for a leading off-road vehicle manufacturer. She has taken and defended numerous party and corporate witness depositions and has extensive drafting experience with summary judgment and other critical motions at the trial level. Rachel has acted as lead counsel defending a national credit reporting agency in several consumer credit reporting cases filed in federal court. She is currently defending a multinational aircraft manufacturer in a complex lawsuit arising from a 2009 aircraft crash.

Rachel is very active in pro bono matters. She is a member of Public Counsel's Associate Leadership Board and serves on the Pro Bono Committee for the Jones Day Los Angeles Office. She has first chaired and won two domestic violence mini-trials on behalf of clients referred by the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice and also has obtained favorable judgments for pro bono clients damaged by financial and real estate fraud.
