In the course of his 37-year legal career, Ralph W. Selitto, Jr. has gained considerable experience in virtually all aspects of intellectual property law. As a registered patent attorney, he has prepared and prosecuted numerous U.S. and foreign patent applications relating to diverse technologies. He has also prepared and prosecuted numerous U.S. and foreign trademark applications throughout his career.

More recently, Ralph assisted his clients in the acquisition, development, and maintenance of meaningful global intellectual property portfolios. In this role, he has developed experience in the valuation of intellectual property from both a legal perspective and a business perspective.

In addition to his prosecution and transactional experience, Ralph has gained litigation experience as lead counsel in a number of lawsuits involving patents, copyrights, and trademarks. He also has personally negotiated and drafted many complex licensing agreements involving virtually every type of intellectual property.
