Randall Edwards is a partner in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. He is a member of the Financial Services Practice and the Class Action, Mass Torts, and Insurance Litigation Practice. Randall focuses on complex civil litigation, including class-action and other aggregated litigation for financial services companies and product manufacturers. He has been certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a CIPP/US and has been recognized by Legal 500 for his class action expertise. Randall also has extensive experience with matters involving California’s Unfair Competition Law and has lectured and published on the UCL and other topics.
