Randi L. Strudler

Randi Strudler has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and corporate counseling and has been the principal lawyer in a large number of US and international securities, M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions. She also advises boards of directors with regard to corporate governance, disclosure, strategic planning, and fiduciary issues.

Randi has represented International Coal Group, International Steel Group, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Micro Warehouse, and Anchor Glass Container Corporation. Recent transactions include representation of private equity investors in new investments, the public target in a leveraged buyout transaction, an initial public offering of an NYSE-listed company, sales of privately held corporations through an auction process, debt tender offers and consent solicitations, private placements of high yield debt followed by back-end exchange offers, and private investments in manufacturing companies in India, Japan, and Korea. She has assisted on substantial restructurings in which she represented the restructured companies, as well as on transactions in which she provided advice to bondholders of a distressed company.

Randi is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
