Randy Luffman concentrates his practice on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate, with experience in large multistate transactions, multiple parcel property assemblages and office and retail leasing. He also has extensive experience with complex restrictive covenants and easement agreements, real estate bartering transactions and real estate needs associated with alternative fuel uses.

Mr. Luffman is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He has written or spoken on a variety of real estate matters, including easements, development and leasing.

Mr. Luffman received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2002 from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as legislation co-editor of the Georgia State Law Review and was a member of the Outer Barristers Guild. He received his B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984.
