He has handled numerous fire and explosion matters, both lawsuits and pre-suit claims, and has developed a successful track record of getting these matters disposed of promptly and favorably for his clients. His intellectual property litigation experience focuses primarily on high stakes patent litigation. Mr. Soriano’s experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy and management, pre-trial motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
