Ray Jones is a Financial and Real Estate partner in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Ray focuses his practice on advising national, regional and local lenders, home builders, and developers on commercial finance, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development. His work includes the construction and development of single and multi-family residential, commercial, mixed-use and high-rise resort, condominium and condominium-hotel projects.

In addition, Ray advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business structuring and entity formation. And he has an international trade practice in which he assists diverse clients on cross-border transactions, import and export, and international trade issues.
Background
Prior to joining the firm, Ray worked at another Las Vegas private law firm. Before that, he was the regional counsel for KB Home in Nevada and a legal extern for Baker & McKenzie in Mexico City.
