Raymond Yee is an attorney in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions and Emerging Technologies Groups.
Mr. Yee has experience with a variety of matters, including representation of: financial and strategic investors in venture capital transactions, early stage companies obtaining their initial or early stage venture capital investments, targets and acquirers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of companies in connection with general securities law compliance. Mr. Yee represents companies such as Hewlett-Packard Company, Intel Corporation, St. Jude Medical, Inc., SCM Microsystems, Inc., and Argonaut Private Equity, LLC.
Mr. Yee received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago in 2006, where he graduated with High Honors, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and was a staff member of the University of Chicago Law Review. He graduated cum laude from Rice University in 2003, where he received a Bachelor of the Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Computational and Applied Mathematics.
Mr. Yee is admitted to practice in the State of California. He is a member of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Diversity Committee.
