Rebecca Kline focuses her practice on securities litigation and enforcement matters. She joined the firm in 2013.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kline served as a law clerk in the San Mateo County Office of County Counsel in Redwood City, California. While there, she tried a bench matter involving examination of an expert witness, and conducted research, among other duties, related to a variety of constitutional provisions, including the Takings Clause, Fourteenth Amendment, Civil Rights Act and American with Disabilities Act.

Ms. Kline began her career as a paralegal at a Rochester, New York law firm, where she managed the discovery process for three of its largest projects in multi-million dollar contract disputes.
