Rebecca J. Hillyer is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice and a member of the Commercial Litigation Steering Committee. Ms. Hillyer concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, focusing on complex business fraud, business competition, trade secrets and intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and product liability. She has represented clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, oil and gas, technology, and financial industries.

Ms. Hillyer received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003, where she was comment editor of the Journal of Labor and Employment Law and a legal writing instructor. She received her B.A., with high distinction and high honors, in psychology from the University of Michigan in 2000, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Hillyer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
