I've served on two juries in my life and had ms Eldridge been the prosecutor with her snarkey attitude I would have been been resentful in forming my opinion in the case because of her disrespect of witnesses called by the defense. POS in my eyes. Unqualified attourney!!

I would agree with previous comments that she appears to be extremely nervous which shows in how fast she speaks, confused questioning and her croaky voice. She did, however, make a much better attempt at cross examination this morning. Long may it continue.

I cringe when I see her stepping up to question a witness. Here’s a suggestion to all viewers so you don’t throw a brick through your tv (that is if you are viewing and not just listening)....mute and use cc! Can this attorney fluently ask a question without constantly stopping and restarting? One can see how annoyed and confused the witnesses are, especially the paramedics. How many ways can you get a witness to say Floyd was dead? If she is going to question all the medical witnesses, which will be the most compelling testimony, I will need a bottle of wine to sit through her questioning. I really think the state should consider replacing her. She has no command of the English language and is in way over her head! I am glad I am not alone dreading the moment she approaches the podium.

She has taken her role as a prosecutor seriously, but at the same time, she has used her role as a state prosecutor, in a position of power, to demoralize human beings. If only there was compassion on both sides of the law.

Corrupt woman trying to make a name for herself.

She speaks way too fast ! This is why witnesses constantly ask her to repeat the question. She should be told to annunciate and slow down. Definitely needs to be told .

Erin Eldridge, she only wanted a ‘win’. As former law enforcement and bailiff, I have never in my career witnessed a lawyer base her ‘win’ on emotion. Not law. Not even common sense. Emotion. She did more to alienate the relationship between law enforcement and prosecutors than any other lawyer. Ever. I, a former bailiff, a ‘court-junkie’, couldn’t watch her cross examination of Officer Potter.
A 26 year veteran of law enforcement. Married to a police officer. Children grew up with law enforcement. A decorated officer. Loved by the community she served and her fellow officers.
Shredded. Nobody will remember all the good Officer Potter accomplished, wiped away. I hope the cooperation between law enforcement, in Minnesota, fails.
I want to see the same standard, Eldridge, used for Officer Potter, I want everyone, in any occupation, who caused a death or serious injury, while performing their occupation held accountable.
Everyone.
With the same zealousness that she showed Officer Potter.
I really have no words to describe how despicable she is. I’m not saying, ‘I want her to die’, but I would be greatly amused reading her obituary.
I hope law enforcement turns their back on her. Everyone watching this knew what you were doing. She couldn’t ‘win’ by using the law, she depended solely on emotion.
