My wife and I were appointed this erratic and disheveled woman by the courts in regards to a small credit card debt we owed. For starters, she rolled into court looking like she was fresh out of a tornado. Hair matted to the back of her skull like she had just woken up. She was slurring her speech at times as well. Awesome. Needless today, It was a total nightmare. If her physical depiction tells you anything about how the mediation went once we sat down with her...your 100% accurate! Her unprofessionalism mimicked her physical appearance...despicable. She lied to us, claiming there are time limits on mediation. We later found out by her counter part that most mediation sessions easily go past 35-45 minute time periods and we she should not have shut down on us and stormed out of the room. When we mentioned we would file a complaint, she laughed. Mature response.
She is impatient, selfish, unethical, unprofessional and encompasses everything you don't want when it comes to hiring an attorney. Her court appointed counterpart hired by the same firm stepped in and fixed the situation quickly and with ease. She was respectful and incredibly talented in law.
Judith Lynn Schlossberg couldn't hit water if she fell out of a boat. Take your money elsewhere.
