I consulted with hellner at cdel and he told me that my judgment could not be vacated against the landlord because of the time frame. He was wrong had I listened to him I would have had a $6,000 judgment against me. I went to carpools and the executive director actually wrote up a lawsuit for me which I presented to another pro bono attorney who got my judgment vacated. It took me another year to do this but it was done. I will never forget how rude and condescending and ignorant HELLNER was.
