This attorney is not honest, he made false written statements, for being the Asst States Attorney of Monroe County, IL at the time he did no investigation of the forgery, none at all but issued a su called Letter of Declination, there was not even an arrest made in the matter. As for as me being the complaintant, he not once contacted me as part of investigation. When I contacted him way after the fact when I learned of the so called letter he issued, he threatened me with calling the cops for harrassing him.. like friggin for real after what he done to me. He played the role of a"Special Prosecutor" I assume as a favor for the Randolph County, IL States Attorney Jeremy R. Walker being that Jeremy R Walker was directly involved in the criminal offense by a Notarial Act he performed on a quitclaim deed for my former spouse. The thing is I did not sign any quitclaim deed but my former spouse forged my signature and Jeremy R Walker was the attorney/notary that notarized the forgery. I have a Forensic Document Examiner's report that clearly stated I was not the signer and that my former spouse is the one who wrote the forged signature. No order granting the appointment of a special prosecutor and on top of that...a CONVICTED FELON IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR! AND THEN THE WONDER WHY PEOPKE DONT HAE FAITH IN NOT ONLY THE LAW BUT SOME ATTORNEYS ALSO! SO IF ANYONE EVER GOES IN FRONT NOW JUDGE JEREMY R WALKER IN RANDOLPH COUNTY, IL JUST REMEMBER THESE WORDS TO TELL HIM....YOUR HONOR, I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF THE INCIDENT! He doesn't even deserve the one star!
