Richard Goldenberg is an experienced attorney who represents a variety of clients in the electronic and computer fields. His practice includes litigation and prosecution of patents, as well as advising clients regarding intellectual property matters.
Mr. Goldenberg has litigated patents pertaining to microprocessor architecture and operation, integrated circuit fabrication techniques, video conferencing, memory design and operation, electrical and mechanical aspects of disk drives and cartridges, and Ethernet controllers. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications for inventions in the electrical, medical, and mechanical arts, including laryngeal mask airway devices, pressure transducers, artifact reduction filters for CT scanners, parallel processors, magnetic bearings, optical gyroscopes, mass flowmeters, photoelectron multipliers, speech recognition systems and night vision systems.
Mr. Goldenberg taught patent law at the New England School of Law where he was a member of the adjunct faculty.
Mr. Goldenberg received a JD degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, an MS degree in systems engineering from Boston University, and a BS degree, cum laude, in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Goldenberg is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
