Richard A. Nardi concentrates on commercial real estate law. He has significant experience in a wide variety of transactions, including commercial leasing, property acquisitions, real estate development and redevelopment, multi-million dollar financing and sale of loans. He has also acted as Liquidating Bankruptcy Trustee in the sale of a large development site. He represents all types of public and private businesses. Mr. Nardi is also a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of real estate topics for the New York City Bar Association, various university groups and other industry organizations.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Nardi serves as Loeb & Loeb’s Pro Bono Coordinator, managing the firm’s provision of legal services by participating attorneys across all offices. His personal commitment to public service is also demonstrated through leadership roles with the Byram Hills Education Foundation, Inc., The Campaign for Cardinal Spellman High School Foundation, and the North Castle Open Space Committee.
