Richard Ferrara is Of Counsel in the New York office of Fish & Richardson. His practice emphasizes all phases of patent litigation, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, and trademark prosecution. Mr. Ferrara has prosecuted patent applications involving cosmetics, silicon-based compositions, medical prostheses, automotive equipment, mechanical separation equipment, heat exchangers, chemical manufacturing processes and compositions of matter. He has also litigated cases involving synthetic rubber, activated sludge wastewater treatment systems, catalysts, polyurethane foam rubbers, contact lens manufacture, medical devices, biotechnology, and other technologies.
