Richard R. Rardin

Richard R. Rardin joined Cozen O'Connor's Denver office in June 2003 and is a member of the firm's Subrogation & Recovery Department specializing in product liability, construction defect and other tort related claims.

Richard had handled a variety of recovery claims including large fire, water damage, structural failures and other catastrophic losses for insurers on commercial and personal line losses. He is licensed to practice in Wyoming and Colorado and handles losses in those states as well as North and South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. Richard has a background in criminal prosecution and civil litigation with extensive trial experience before juries, judges and arbitration panels.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science in 1987 and his law degree in 1991 from the University of Wyoming.
