Rifka M. Singer

Rifka Singer is an associate in the Tax Department of the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where her practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters for public and private companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Singer’s experience includes the negotiation and drafting of executive employment, severance and change in control agreements, and the design and implementation of equity and non-equity incentive compensation plans and arrangements. In addition, Ms, Singer advises clients regarding the employee benefits and compensation issues that arise in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions.
