Rishi Suthar is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Rishi has worked on patent cases in various district courts throughout the country, as well as at the International Trade Commission. His practice includes cases covering complex technologies, such as electronics and wireless communications.
Prior to attending law school, Rishi worked as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Rishi received his J.D., cum laude, in 2011 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as a notes editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Rishi earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2005.
