Robert A. Brundage

Robert Brundage handles civil appeals and writs and assists trial counsel with complex legal issues, dispositive motions and jury instructions. He has handled diverse cases involving business disputes, product liability, class actions, federal preemption, employment and other matters in the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth and Federal Circuits; Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit; every district of the California Court of Appeal; federal courts in the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California; and numerous state courts. He is certified as specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Before joining the firm, Robert clerked for the Hon. John T. Noonan, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
