Robert Hoffman is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Towson office. He assists clients in analyzing and complying with government land-use regulations that primarily relate to real estate development.

Active in the community, Mr. Hoffman is a former director of the Arthritis Foundation of Maryland and The Daily Record Editorial Board, and has served as a board member of the Greater Towson Committee, the Towson Development Corporation, The Home Builders Association of Maryland, and as a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties. He is also a former chair of the Baltimore County Bar Association, Committee on State and Local Laws and Regulations. Mr. Hoffman is a former member of the board of the Northwest Hospital.
