Mr. Lamb is a corporate transactional attorney with broad international experience. He also focuses on representing and counseling companies at all stages of growth and development, and has represented clients and participated in transactions involving some of the most famous brands and innovative concepts and technologies in the world.

He has spent significant time in Asia, Europe, and other parts of the world participating in an array of complex cross-border transactions including joint ventures, technology licenses, franchising, private placement investments, and merges and acquisitions. With this background, Mr. Lamb has a broad set of relationships with innovative entrepreneurs, fund managers, investment banks and other established business leaders. He combines business acumen with the legal skills to architect and execute proper form and structure in the United States and in international markets.

Prior to establishing his own boutique business law firm, Mr. Lamb served as an international corporate attorney for elite global law firms in the People’s Republic of China, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. He has also served as general counsel for a large private consumer electronics company managing the Polaroid brand, and as general counsel and interim CEO of an innovative nanotechnology company.
