Robert D. Tadlock

Responsible for managing teams of lawyers representing clients in commercial disputes; primarily intellectual property litigation in federal court across the country. Cases have included patent, trademark, copyright, breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, defamation, and false advertising claims. Develop case strategies with clients and implement those strategies in light of client priorities. Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, drafting and arguing motions. Responsibilities include trial preparation and trial.

Practice also includes advising non-profits, including The Shane McConkey Foundation, on a range of legal issues such as incorporation, rights of publicity, licensing agreements, and intellectual property advice and disputes.
